Just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for everything you did for us. Our home buying process was a very long one. After several months and probably 100 houses, (we changed what we were looking for 10 times and the ladies at Aspect were the very definition of patient!) we finally found a house we thought would be perfect. Our offer was accepted and we moved on to the inspection, which unfortunately turned up several issues. Debbie gave her honest opinion after looking at the report that we should walk away from the house (and I had to be convinced because I was still entertaining the thought of going through with it). Looking back that would have been a disaster - Debbie did the right thing - she could have done what a lot of people would have and kept her mouth shut to complete the sale. We wisely decided to listen to her, and immediately she was back on the hunt to find us a house. We looked at several (many of which she made special nighttime trips in order to show our parents a house she showed us that very morning) and came upon the house we settled on and have just moved into. (She even drove from Brewerton several times just to open the door so we could get measurements.) Now we are in our new house and loving it! We are also enjoying the wonderful assortment of housewarming gifts from Debbie, as well as the generous donation Aspect made to our favorite charity from the commission of the sale. We can't express our gratitude enough to Debbie and Susan, and I can guarantee that when we get back into the market again the very first call we will make will be to Aspect.
